Bee Hoon Luncheon


Lunch earlier, this time made by the maid. I like her cooking, it's less oily. The bee hoon was hydrated in water for 10 minutes, and the meat + veg was cooked in a stock style broth, the rice noodles was later tossed in it to soak up the flavor...that's pretty much it...a lot less oil that having to fry the whole thing together. =)
