Kitty Proofing The House

Finally got the gate up at the house to prevent the cat from going downstairs. Apparently though, they can easily jump over the gate, but I think he doesn't know it yet, and doesn't do so. He'd rather go via the side which is why you see that black stool there at the moment blocking him from crossing over.

Left the door open last night for him to wander up to the brother's room which he did, of course he did come back to my room at times but I think last night was the best sleep I've had in 5 days, no more getting up 3 times a night to entertain the cat, he now goes about at night entertaining himself.

Got a last minute U-Stream setup for the time being to monitor the room, seems to be working fine for the time being though with the door now open, he's not always in the room, and when he is, he's mostly chilling under the bed.

Will try and do up a proper setup one of these days, but for now I guess this will do. Will also need to find a better solution to block the first 2-3 grills at the stairs to prevent him from crossing and not have that huge stool in the way.
