What started out as a slow run became a fast run after 2 km, I decided to speed up since Kee Wee and Din had sweeper duty covered.
It's been awhile since I tried any form of speed work, am pretty happy to be able to maintain a fast steady pace but honestly I was about to tire puncture! =P
