Lat Pulldowns (Wide Grip)
- Warm up Set - 70 Pounds 12 Reps
- 2 Sets - 100 Pounds 10 Reps
- 2 Sets - 110 Pounds 8 Reps
- 2 Sets - 90 Pounds 8 Reps
Lat Pulldowns (Narrow Grip)
- 2 Sets - 80 Pounds 10 Reps
- 2 Sets - 70 Pounds 10 Reps
Cable Rows (Narrow Grip)
- 4 Sets - 70 Pounds 10 Reps
Planks
- 5 Sets - 1:30min per set
Also bumped into an old friend from the Army, he's all buffed now, and has been doing weights since army days.
