Gone Clubbing


Brothers were going last minute, so I did as well.

I had to google the names of these workouts as I have no idea what the heck they're called!

Lat Pulldowns (Wide Grip)

  • Warm up Set - 70 Pounds 12 Reps
  • 2 Sets - 100 Pounds 10 Reps
  • 2 Sets - 110 Pounds 8 Reps
  • 2 Sets - 90 Pounds 8 Reps
Lat Pulldowns (Narrow Grip)
  • 2 Sets - 80 Pounds 10 Reps
  • 2 Sets - 70 Pounds 10 Reps
Cable Rows  (Narrow Grip)
  • 4 Sets - 70 Pounds 10 Reps
Planks
  • 5 Sets - 1:30min per set
Also bumped into an old friend from the Army, he's all buffed now, and has been doing weights since army days.
