Step 1: Swing and stretch dough out, flap noodle dough around vigorously so it will look stylo for the camera.


Step 2: Lay out La Mien separately, allowing each individual strand to "breathe" and settle down. Keep eyes focused on la mien and away from camera to show dedication towards noodle making process.

Step 3: Roll up ready made noodles for use in future dishes. Pose in front of camera, ensure eyes stay glued to la mien to show pride in one's accomplishment.
