Steamed Lunch



I think by far one of my favorite combos in the steamer, and apparently after weighing it this morning, one of the healthier ones too. =)


Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breast (Skinless) - 70g, 77 Calories
  • Scallops - 90g, 79 Calories
  • King Oyster Mushroom - 60g, 21 Calories
  • Enoki Mushrooms - 50g, 22 Calories
  • Baby Corn - 30g, 9 Calories
  • Crab Stick - 1pc, 18 Calories
  • Egg - 1 Large, 78 Calories
  • Instant Miso Soup (Daiso) - 2pkt, 56 Calories
  • White Rice - 0.5cup, 125 Calories
Was lucky to find small bay scallops from Seng Siong at $6.95 for 500grams, honestly a very cheap deal for scallops in general.

Total calories amounted to 486, would have loaded more but was cutting back. Not to mention at that amount, it was still quite a filling meal.
