Joined Running Department this morning to take part in the Go50 initiative 50km run, Day 16.
I started out alright, but got very tired by 38km, my hydration bag was completely dry, my reserve bottle I had with me was finished as well, the heat was taking a toll on my (I dry up very fast under heat) body and the lack of sleep from the past few days of work was draining me as well.
Thankfully at 40km, I got the rest and hydration I needed to be on my way to complete the 50. I didn't do it together with the rest of the group, but 15 minutes behind wasn't too bad either.
So tired, crashed out last night at 10:50 when I got home and only woke up at 2am to go shower.
