Every time I go to Hong Kong, I buy back instant noodles from City Super, and every time without fail, I forget that they have a pretty quick expiry date as compared to normal instant noodles because they contain meat product.
Hurriedly whipped out the one that was expiring the soonest and cooked it.
Not bad ah, soup's pretty salty but then again I didn't put much water. Noodles were chewy and the meat was..well...meat...pretty decent slice too.
