Been wanting to do this dish for quite some time now, but was a bit lazy (correction, damn lazy) to make it until another recipe came up on Jamie Oliver's Food Tube recently.
This isn't the same recipe, but it's sort of a mix of ingredient I'm more familiar with. What you don't see in the picture is fish and a piece of chili padi which I added later on.
I went for diced herbed tomatoes cause I didn't want to have to buy basil for cooking...told u already...lazy. Added pasta for some carbs.
Dished turned out to be pretty good! Quite happy with the result actually, the last minute decision to add a piece of chili padi was a good one, gave it a bit of heat at the back kicking the dish up a notch.
It's not very sophisticated, but still an overall nice meal. =)
