Steak & Eggs


Protein Up? Felt a flu coming over the weekend, Sunday was the worse cause it was looming over me and staying at home the whole day didn't help.

Thankfully today's fine and I intend to keep it that way.

Got a ribeye from Coldstorage, cracked 2 eggs and opened a tin of tuna and added in some shrooms and broccoli. Dinner.

Yeah I should be fine in time for MT tomorrow. Thanks! Will C-up and Water parade for sure.

The ribeye was about $13+, it was $6.19 per 100gm..not cheap of course but the cut is way better than the one you get as Aston's for sure.

It was! definitely not a sustainable diet but it can be considered a treat if you want something a bit better during ur eat clean days bah.

It's like "cheating" but not cheating I guess?
