Fun is probably not the best word to use, my body is aching like mad, but it was a pretty good experience overall. Will look at other gyms to test out in future, Top Gym is pretty good though it's pretty far from where I work.

Muay Thai Session @ Top Gym
Went for a trail class today with Colin, Al and Calvin, it was my first time trying Muay Thai. I'm not one to pick it up myself but since the guys wanted to try, I figured it'd be a fun experience.
Fun is probably not the best word to use, my body is aching like mad, but it was a pretty good experience overall. Will look at other gyms to test out in future, Top Gym is pretty good though it's pretty far from where I work.
