Met up with Lanie to guide her on her first trail run since she had just purchased an Ultimate Direction hydration pack and needed to get use to it. Bumped into Paul, Alex etc and the gang as well as Leslie and his son who joined us for the 15km route.
Good run this morning, awesome weather, no blazing sun is always a good thing.
