Noodle Soup

Tried something different today. As mentioned last night. The new help is still not sure how to make stock, she usually cooks single dishes hence the soup came out quite bland, we tried to add salt but at some point we had to stop cause it didn't do much to enhance the flavor, I think there were too little bones in her initial stock base...but ok la, still a good first try.

I cooked the noodles cause I liked mine with a bit more bite, taught her how to put a fried omelette into soup (think she was quite amused). Overall not bad a dish. =)
