Spoke to Shu Fei the other day and learnt that she hadn't been running much to cover her distance in preparation for the upcoming GE 21km she had signed up for. Since Newton Challenge a few weeks back she was down with the flu, and so had little time to clock mileage.
Decided to bring her for a longer distance today...17 in total...wow I thought we'd cover only 15? I guess I underestimated the distance from Scape to the Barrage and back.
A longer distance is better than a shorter one I guess. Good pace.
