Only till recently did I realise the original carrot cake vendor at Bukit Timah market had another branch at Jurong set up by the son's wife years back when the son was MIA due to financial problems.
Finally went to give it a try and was surprise to see Kok Kee having another stall there as well!
The carrot cake was fantastic, even better than the original He Zhong, and similar to Seng Kee (original stall's disciple) carrot cake on a good day.
The wonton was good but not close enough to the one at lavender.
Still, what an awesome find!
