I wanted to cook this on Sunday in the evening but the family ended up ordering pizza, partly cause I didn't want to cook something experimental for Dad and my brothers.
Couldn't get cream so I had to substitute with milk, wasn't sure if that was the best idea though.
The recipe turned out ok though when I took the pan off the heat and poured the milk-egg-cheese mixture into the pan, it was still too hot and started to curdle, I suspect the heavy cream was suppose to help prevent that but since I had milk...oops?
Luckily I started tossing it to prevent the eggs from curdling too much, the outcome was pretty ok! No salt added, the cheese and bacon did the trick. =)
