It's a more UK-style take on curry and rice, based off Jamie Oliver's Coley Korma. Only difference is I used chicken, and added in cauliflower and zucchini for veg.
I realised I used too little chicken for my dish and ended up throwing an extra hotdog from the refrigerator into the mix.
The outcome was pretty good, no need to add salt since the curry paste was already salty enough. Tossed in 100ml of coconut cream and served.
I think the rice took longer to cook than the curry. =\
