From Saturday morning at Bishan Park. Using the TRX is a lot harder, felt a little like free weights in a sense that you had a lot of free motion which you had to control while working out.
It was quite an experience but overall a good one.
The first pic is of a random uncle who came up to ask about the setup, and Colin ended up giving him a quick intro to the equipment. Turns out he is an avid road cyclist and a rather good one at that, 80 years old...woah!
