I think it's pretty though the top and bottom bezels look weird...it's the same bezel as last year's model but now that the side bezels have been reduces, the top and bottom look a tad long.
It uses the same chip as the Nexus 4 which is odd since Snapdragon has come up with a new line of chips this year. But considering the performance of the N4 hasn't dropped since day one, I think it's fine.
With a price tag of just $230, it's $30 more than the older Nexus but comes with 16gb of storage, a rear camera, the highest screen density on a tablet to date (323ppi), 2 speakers instead of one, and faster processor. For the price, you really can't complain much, plus I think the overall look and feel is pretty neat.
The tablet also comes with virtual surround sound, tweaked and tested by Fraunhofer (the inventors of the MP3 format)...am not that huge an audio junkie to know the significance but apparently some people are pretty stoked about that so that's good I guess?
That said, I still can't find a reason for me to get a tablet. =\
