The contractor's initial comment was not to teardown the partitian in my room, but after looking at it, I'm quite glad I did.
The cupboard at the back will be removed and replaced too cause the custom configuration from the previous owner wasn't friendly to work on top off.

Now that the walk in is gone. If the room was mine, I would consider putting the bed at the proposed wardrobe 1 location for maximising the spacious feeling but that location might violate more FS rules. =p
I just added the layout image into the blog entry for reference...and YES that was my initial plan! Put the bed there leaving 165sqft of rectangular space to play with!
But then the FS master said "No".

LOL. I can imagine how stressed he would be if really put there. FYI, the toilet and windows are imposing all the restrictions on having the bed at wardrobe 1 location.
