Strength & Core Training

A suggestion made by Colin, to have a session where the guys could try their hand at strength training, something different than the usual running that some of us have been exposed to.

I thought it was a good idea since gym work is quite boring if done alone, but when done as a group, it's more fun and time flies pretty fast when you're in between training and talking nonsense.

Overall a good session today, thanks for organizing!
