Replacement run since I won't be able to go for one tomorrow evening due to work commitment.
I was planning this in the afternoon but the one things I forgot to factor in was how slack I would feel after dinner, I was almost keen on skipping this run altogether but decided to just start and see where it took me.
I started an hour after my meal, but it was quite a big meal so the initial pace was still lethargic...come the 6-7km mark, things got better, the bloated feeling was gone and the pace was easier to maintain.
