Building in Tight Spaces
Awhile back Colin posted a video of a Hong Kong designer whose tiny home in Home Kong was transformed into many different setups for cooking, sleeping, working etc.

Very cool indeed.
The reno and carpentry is gonna cost a bomb.
Ya I figured, I think for those who can't afford a large house in expensive places like NYC but are willing to splurge, the extra bucks is still cheaper than getting a larger house there.
