Overestimated myself yesterday, was meant to hydrate before bed but crashed without showering instead. Prior to crashing, my last source of water was 9pm and it was a small cup of tea, the last time I actually drank a large amount of water was probably at 6pm that evening.
Woke up and quickly downed water and had two eggs in the office.
Feeling better, need to remind myself to hydrate a lot today after yesterday's run. Water really is something amazing.
