Pacing for Army Half Marathon 2012

The past few months of training have led up to this, it's been one heck of a fun ride, and though it wasn't my fastest timing for a run (my unofficial "PB" was about 2hr 20+min last year when I ran with Al and Colin), it was a fun experience!

It was my first official 21km, but rather than joining the event as a personal test, I figured being a pacer would've been something more fun and fulfilling for me.

Pacing for the Newton Running Club has been a great experience that I don't regret, getting to make new friends along the way and knowing the ones I already hang out with better was the plus point I was seeking out of this, and I think I've reached that goal too.

Thanks guys for the runs, here're other snaps I took at the padang where the rest gathered.

Zhengsheng, top 30 female runner =P

Fia, you could spot her a mile away! She was "Chun Li" from Streetfighter during last year's SCM, and I have no idea what the heck she's dressed in today! haha. =)

Charlie's Angels, and "Auntie Ai Ling"!

Group photo after the run.

Chilling for breakfast at McDonalds after the race!
