Captain Balling @ Sentosa

I had initially placed myself on reservation for the Captain's Ball match when Li Jin brought it up, but cause no one were available at the end, I promised her I'd go, and ended up with Calvin, as well as Eileen's sister Rowena, at Sentosa in the morning for breakfast at McDonald's.

Apparently the Captain's Ball only had 5 teams, small in comparison to the Volley Ball tournament which yielded a huge turn out, I even bumped into Jasmine from Rebel 2, UNLV, who was taking part as well.

Kinesio tape were everywhere too by the way, I guess Olympics really had an influence on the sport.

The game was fun, rather challenging, we were amateurs, but so were the others, I guess those who didn't want to get slaughtered at Volleyball decided to come to this game instead. Haha!

It was great no, no bitter rivalry, everyone was a good sport, and we shook hands, even chatted off the court.

Our biggest loss was with a team called the "Hobbits", which consisted of 4 players, of which the shortest was 185cm tall...yay us.

We also had no one on reserve, so while other teams could change players, we were hanging on with just the four of us.

We managed to get 3rd out of 5, haha! I think we got it when we won by default at the last match when a team decided to allow a walk over cause they were busy drinking beer instead.

Overall it was a fun experience la, may consider it again next time perhaps? Need more people to get involved though. Still a great work out other than the usual running.
