Steamed not Fried



Took me a few bites to figure out what was "wrong" with this sunny side up.

It's egg white has a texture similar to a hard boiled egg, the yolk was thoroughly cooked, there were no burnt bits and there certainly wasn't any taste of oil when you sink your teeth into it...it was too clean.

Only conclusion I can come up with for now is that their eggs were mass cooked in a slow steamer.

What a weird eating experience.
