I was contemplating on whether to run today. It's been awhile since I broke out the MT00s and so I took it out for a spin.
Since Sundays are now reserved for long slow runs, I tried to speed up today instead of doing a slow round. I may not want to train to be faster, but neither do I want to lose whatever current speed I do have.
I had no idea how the hell I nicked the side of my shoes! There's now a small hole that will most likely grow to become a much bigger hole in future unless I do something about it, which most likely...I wont...cause I'm lazy.
I did a short 5+km instead of a longer distance cause I was already running late. Miloaded and headed to office.
