Lifted - 3mm Inserts in the Newton MV2

I was quite reluctant to put these on. So far I've run in KSOs, Bikilas, KSO Treksport, and the MT00s, all zero drop shoes and they feel great.

Fyi most running shoes have a 1/2 inch or 8-10mm heel to toe drop, Newtons have about a 4-5mm drop as compared to other running shoes to offer a better mid strike than heel strike. Zero drops are for "purists" but apparently they didn't feel as good on the MV2s thus far, either that or my plantar needs some muscle training.


Yesterday's run was a bit hard to gauge whether I was getting used to the MV2's Zero Drop since we were running on grass.

I've slipped on the 3mm inserts today to give it a try later at Scape.
