Gym Session


Managed to hit the gym today, and randomly took a photo of this guy in a cap who seem to spend more time taking photos of himself than do actual workouts, it was quite amusing.

  • 3 Sets - 80 Pounds 10 Reps
Cable Rows
  • 6 Sets - 80 Pounds 10 Reps
Planks
  • 5 Sets - 1:30min per Rep
