Gym Day

Headed to the gym with my brothers again today. Mum was busy outside so I had time to go home.


Back and arms still aching from Saturday's sets, so my bro got me doing Chest and Abs instead.

Chest Press

  • Warm Up Set - 70 Pounds 12 Reps
  • 1 Set - 100 Pounds 12 Reps
  • 4 Sets - 100 Pounds 10 Reps
  • 2 Sets - 100 Pounds 8 Reps
Vertical Ab Crunch
  • 6 Sets - 100 Pounds 10 Reps
We headed for the gym pretty late so frankly we didn't get to do much, by the time I had done my last set, everyone had left and only us three brothers remained.


Still ok la. Hopefully Friday I'll be free for another round of Chest n Back.
