Back and arms still aching from Saturday's sets, so my bro got me doing Chest and Abs instead.
Chest Press
- Warm Up Set - 70 Pounds 12 Reps
- 1 Set - 100 Pounds 12 Reps
- 4 Sets - 100 Pounds 10 Reps
- 2 Sets - 100 Pounds 8 Reps
Vertical Ab Crunch
- 6 Sets - 100 Pounds 10 Reps
We headed for the gym pretty late so frankly we didn't get to do much, by the time I had done my last set, everyone had left and only us three brothers remained.
Still ok la. Hopefully Friday I'll be free for another round of Chest n Back.
