Sammy Goes 20/14nm!

Sammy's just begun operations at a new plant where it will soon be manufacturing 20nm and 14nm SOCs (System on Chip) for future mobile devices!

Tech junkies will go on and on about what makes this a huge leap in technology from 45nm chips (Found in the iPhone 4S, iPad 2, New iPad and Galaxy S2), all you and I need to know is. 1) Better battery life 2) Better heat management 3) Better performance.

This could only mean good news for both Apple and Samsung users. Why Apple? Cause Sammy's been the manufacturer for Apple's A4-A5X chips thus far.

Of course this is more business than good relations. Sammy's currently the only company that has the capability to produce high tech components in house, and at a rate fast enough compared to most manufacturers (Qualcomm may have the better chip, but it's production line already has problems just trying to produce its S4 chip cause it doesn't do it in house). So Apple needs chips made fast, and of course, Sammy wants to cash in, it's a win-win situation see?

Whatever it is, 2013 is looking good already for the mobile industry. =)
