Run, Pulled, Planked





Forgot all about this until now.

Had a late run this morning around West Coast, managed to do 10 pull ups as well.

Skipped the whole planking routine and wanted to do it in the office but my Mac crashed so I ended up focusing on that first.

Managed to do a few planks a few minutes ago...one long plank...3min 30seconds...looks like Colin's interval suggestion is paying off...started on side planks as well, did 1 min of left and another min of right planks.
