Got up late today and hence found myself at West Coast park doing 8km instead of the one near my neighbourhood. Since there was a pull-up bar there, I went for it too...just 8...I don't train but I try to keep it at 8-10 cause of IPPT scoring...now that I'm no longer qualified for IPPT, I still do it anyway every now and then, just not regularly.
Planked 5 times in the office, treated myself to a cup of Ice Milo.
Good start to the day.
