The Tavern @ Tanglin Club






First time at the Tavern, second time at Tanglin Club. Cool looking place! I haven't had tenderloin in awhile, I'm still a ribeye fan but that cut was really good!

I think the most interesting item was actually the bread and its selection of spreads. On the left, there's Herbed Butter, followed by Beef Lard in the middle, and Pork Lard which is the white stuff at the right!

Can't say I'm a big fan of the lard spreads...the herbed butter on the other hand was fantastic! Should've taken more and just melt it over my steak. =P
