AirDroid
I'm not a big advocate of wirelessly connecting to my device, probably because I tend to have a USB wire near by anyway.
Still, the latest version of AirDroid looks pretty good, especially with their recent facelift that makes it looks rather pretty.

looks awesome! is this a stock Android feature?
Yep! So far only the device screenshot feature is a Root feature, the rest aren't. There are a couple of apps that do the same thing out there, but this one takes the cake in terms of UI and UX.
Cool app but at the end of the day I still prefer wired transfer...huge files like videos and what not aren't mean't to transfer wirelessly.
