Great run today, it's been a week since I took to the streets in a singlet! Can't say I'm fully recovered but it's good enough to warrant a run.
But then what I hadn't expect was for them to organize INTERVALS!!!
The run started with us doing a slow jog to the flyer, easy, simple, normal and good for my recovering condition.
THEN CAME THE INTERVALS. It started out alright, but as you do it more and more, it does get tiring, the fast run became bursts of speed...chionging from the back to the front, then slowing down to a pace of almost 8-9min/km or less.
Still, it was a good run, glas to have taken part, it's been a week and I needed to get back on my feet. I'm also glad that the MT00s seems to have set in pretty well.
Looking forward to tomorrow's run. =)
