ICS Possible Boo Boo

With the Galaxy Nexus came a none button device, developers can put their three dot menu button on two places, the top right, and bottom right.

Not good considering buttons look inconsistent. Minor set back since it's not that hard finding those buttons on screen, you get familiar with the placements after awhile.

Problem comes in with devices like the HTC One S and X, where they do use capacitive buttons for the bottom three navigation icons.

What happens then to the three dots like the ones in the twitter app?
