Morning Intervals

Tried Al's suggestion for intervals again this morning. So far so good, will try it again on Saturday and Sunday since Wednesday and Thursday runs are with the running groups.


Used the busstops as guides on when to burst and when to slow down...in total I had 7 dashes which was pretty decent for a 6km route...not to mention the intervals meant that a 7+ min per km pace slow run is now a 6+ min per km pace instead....if this works out I get to burn what I want and save time while doing it. =)
