Goodbye EN. Hello Simplenote.
Simplenote doesn't allow me to restore my notes via an app on mac, but only through it's web browser app.
Better than nothing!
That said, the app Notational Velocity Simplenote third party app for Mac looks terrible, at least Evernote looked aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Why can't they make a SN app for OSX?

Notational Velocity is one of the most beautifully simple app ever written, provided you learn how to use it shortcuts properly, otherwise you won't appreciate its simplicity.
I'm using Notational on Android and that one looks great.
On OSX though I'm starting to get the hang of the shortcuts, which is great for a power user, but for the less tech savvy though I think Simple Note's online web app would be something that'd appeal to users both young and old, especially old.
The less tech savvy should just stick to Simple note's online web interface, which really does look great and simple.
But that means they are at a disadvantage if they are at a non wifi location.
NV at least lets you type what you need first, and once there's a connection, it'll sync.
Hopefully they SN will release an official OS based app soon.
they can try the other clients written by other developers. They may find them easier to use. Got quite a few to choose from.
I tried most of them, justnote seems good, but for some reason it only appears on top system tray but not bottom app tray, there's also a dashboard widget which some might like.
