Back again after such a long time! Every time I try to make my way down to the place, it's closed! So it's not the most fantastic fish noodles around but hey it's still pretty decent to eat!
Like mentioned, every item in this dish has been some what mixed with fish...fishball, fishcake, minced fish (instead of minced pork), fish "lard" (instead of pork lard) heck, even the noodles is made with flour and fish paste, giving it a really bouncy texture!
If you're a fan of fish, you might want to go give this a try, it's pretty unique. Like mentioned, novel idea, but not the best minced meat noodles around...but still nice!
