Was suppose to run this morning but was damn tired. Got on the weighing scale like I do every morning...58!
Haven't been this light in a long time...sure it's morning weight, but going to bed at 58.5 last night was pretty worrying.
Good to know that all that running for the past few years is helping me regain my metabolism...need to try and maintain it so that I can chow down the good stuff!
EDIT: Checked back my older posts, and I had previously mentioned that 59 would be my ideal weight...better not go too low the bar...at 56kg back in 2004, I was damn scrawny la!
