I think being physically fit is only one aspect of staying healthy, I'm guessing there are other factors involved that caused the flu...one including having a sick girlfriend staying over!
I normally rest Monday and friday (so saturday and sunday can prom run)
I think the immune system is built on multiple factors, I may be "fit" but my immune system may be a different story..my vitamin intake is quite frequent too so I guess there's more to it than just running and pills.
Anyway it's not full blown flu and mostly mild nausea which wears off mid day, see from our dinner with Katie I wasn't looking that sick anymore.
In terms of full blown flu with the coughing, sneezing, and staying in bed unable to go out, I haven't had that in quite a few years...think you had one earlier this year and so did Colin.
So my trade off is no major flu but little dim sum bits.
AP sickness is an annual tradition for me. I need to siam AP next year!
ok then maybe not the HRM. tights will be a MUST and then it will be new lens and new body. After buying all these, you confirm will fall sick less often!

1) How many times you run each week?
2) You should be healthier with all the runs but why are you always sick?
Ideally 5 times a week so I get 20 runs a month.

=X
When your immune system is ok, a sick gf should not cause you to have flu. If necessary try taken vitamin pills in future.
And when you run 5 times a week, when is your recovery?

Try to determine the "it" and fix it. Can't go on like this leh.
Lol no need to think so far, I think it's just the weather that's getting to me recently
among us all, you are the one who run most frequently and the one who gets sick frequently too.

maybe you really need a HRM!
