Managed another 6 today. Al was mentioning that I might be extremely tired yesterday because I might not have recovered. Maybe? It's not so much joint pains or anything though. I do find that I'm a tad more lazy these days to want to wake up and run...I think it's the fear of loathing that keeps me tracking my routine regularly to ensure I try to hit above 15 runs a month to at least 20 being a good number. That way I can maintain my foodie lifestyle as well cause I sure doubt I'll cut down on the way I eat if I cut down on the amount of runs I make. lol
Sigh...I wish I had my metab from 12 years back.

My current metab was definitely higher than 20 years back. =p
you can increase your metab by getting fat!
try LSD for 1 whole week and see if there's any changes to your weight.
Yeah I did try my assumed LSD every day a few weeks back, it definitely helps.
Thing is for this week I'm trying to keep LSD to a minimal because of IPPT in September. Today's run considered rather LSD already to me.
I managed to get an excuse letter because of my spine injury but I'm just gonna continue running a bit faster like I did on Monday incase I really need to take the test.
@Colin I think you can burn calories just thinking about exercise loh!
The problem with too much LSD is your body will learn to only burn calories / fat during LSD mode. That will lead to faster fat gain when you are not running and you will be in another unnecessary health rat race.
Moderation is key.
Noted! I'm considering after Reservist to take on the following regime:
Monday Rest
Tuesday Fast Pace 5+ min/km
Wednesday Rest or "LSD" 7+ min/km
Thursday "Regular" Pace 6+ min/km
Friday Rest
Saturday "LSD" 7+ min/km
Sunday "LSD" 7+ min/km
in that case, LSD + muscle building should be perfect combo?
Muscle training while taking LSD will be the perfect combo. lol
