Took myself out for a fast jog today...not as fast as I'd hope, but glad that I could still keep it at this pace. Not exactly fat burning compared to 7mins per km, but considering IPPT is around the corner, might as well build up speed.
I'm concern though, my back's not well yet, I've got a doctor's appt next week, my reservist is 5th September. I need my MRI done within the next 3 weeks for the doctors to confirm the condition of my back...I'm fine with IPPT, but now I'm worried about sit ups...not so much about being unable to pass my sit ups, more so how it'll affect my spine while doing it.

wah, run POSB at this pace I think can top 10 already
Haha, I was probably at 4-5 level of intensity by the end of the 6km, I doubt I can maintain this speed for 10!
adrenaline will handle that.
how was the jump start thingy?
Ok la, I don't really use it for my Morning Runs because it takes about an hour to set in, so applying it before I head out for morning runs quite pointless.
National Day run was alright, though maybe I was more busy talking nonsense with you guys and observing the other runners than to actually notice additional performance. haha!
