OSIM Singapore International Triathlon 2011 Photos

Great event! Today's weather made it even more pleasant to head out and take some snaps. Played around with the 18-135 for the Swim and Cycling, 30mm for the Swimming exit and Runs.
Am glad with the outcome of my snaps...really happy! Although out of 600+ photos, I did delete quite a lot, especially since I was cycling through AI Servo, AI One Shot, Spot and Multiple Focus...some shots turned out bad.
I wasn't impressed with the panning shots too, I think I set the shutter speed to fast at 200. Should've brought it down to maybe 160 or even lower. I am glad with some of the shots though...just not all of it, and a lot of it I ended up deleting they weren't sharp enough upon closer inspection.

I probably cleared about half of my panning shots. I also preferred the later shots when I found another place to stand for my photos. Here's some that I really liked.
Couldn't stay long cause of the upcoming workshop at Suntec, but I'm glad I got to whip out the 18-135 today. I realise I take so much food shots that I hardly use the kit lens anymore...this weekend made me appreciate having a zoom at hand every now and then. Definitely something worth bringing to Bangkok end of August.

Anyway here's some other random snaps that I took from the event that I liked. =)
