When you exceed your data usage, the 3G speeds automatically slow down drastically...Something to do with Singtel's end needing to reset something...huh?
Tried clarifying with the tech guy over the phone but he seems to understand it better in technical terms that he's unable to explain it in layman terms.
Says he's submitted a notification to Singtel to reset my data bundle so hopefully it'll be all good again tomorrow.
As long as 1) 3G is back up tomorrow, and 2) I don't get sudden crazy charges....I'm good.

seems like you exceeded your data bundle when roaming, which caused your 3G service to be throttled and that continued when you returned to Sg.
(or you've just been streaming too much of you-know-what on your mobile!)
Can't be leh...the databridge plan is unlimited data for those three days. =\
not sure if this is the case but a lot of countries (Malaysia included) throttles the data speed once you hit cap. you will still be able to use data without additional charges but just at slower speed thats all.

Yeah, apparently I have hit cap on something, but the guy said it's alright he will reset without additional charges, hope its true.
