I did not run slower than I did last window.

Just checked. While I did 11min 57sec 2 years ago,i did 11min 30sec last year, so that means I shaved off another 30+ second this year when I did 10min 57sec!

Maybe I should aim for 10min 23sec, my bmt timing.
