Dinner at Tan Po Po

Danielle dropped me a message about a week back inviting Xinn and I to dinner with the gang at Tan Po Po on Friday. Apparently she's been such a regular she often gets discounts with her loyalty card, so when a 50% off every item for 8 people came up, we got invited! (Thanks!)
One of the biggest problems our group has when it comes to food is that we were extremely nortorious for over ordering at the table. When you got almost every single person at the table a foodie at heart, it's bound to happen ;)
We must have ordered a tonne of items because we had enough to probably feed 14 people instead of the 7 of us who went! Some things worth mentioning included:
Wagyu Croquette which contatined mash with wagyu beef and beef fat...this was really good!
Another was their Cold Soba, which was simple, but I think one of the nicest I've tried so far. I'm not much of a soba person, but this was quite addictive to chew on while munching through the other items at the table.

Our bill went up to a whooping 295.80, but of course after the 50% discount we pretty much even out a $21 bill per person, not bad eh?
Anyway thanks Danny for the invite, definitely one of the better meals I've had in quite awhile.
