MUNCH!

Buns anyone?
Our house had a bread oven my mum bought from my aunt over a year ago to support this MLM thing she was doing and my maid has been using it ever since to bake bread.

I think that was roughly about the same time I stopped eating bread at home...hm...

Not that it was bad or anything, home made bread is just too rich, too filling, like eating an entire meal.
Today though, she started making bread rolls, which I thought were pretty cool, so I got cheese and sausages and she had them baked into the buns as well. The color wasn't what I had in mind though, neither was the texture. These were more like the consistency of a french loaf, tough on the outside, soft on the inside...I was looking forward to a more........hm........neighbourhood bakery style bread? Can't blame her I guess, she's never done it before, neither am I experience in working an oven...I should really learn it some day.

Then I can make me one of these!

Use more milk in the buns if you want it softer, the dough should be slightly sticky to the touch.
